Trade Caddy is a field service platform for small trade businesses: lawn care, pressure washing, detailing, cleaning, pool service, and the trades around them. It runs on a phone because that is where the work happens.
Why it exists
Most operators are running on a group text and a paper invoice book
The tools built for this work were built for dispatchers sitting at desks, managing crews they never ride with. That is not most trade businesses. Most are one to five people, the owner is in the truck, and the admin gets done on a Sunday night.
Trade Caddy is built for that operator. One app that takes the booking, schedules the crew, quotes the work, documents it with photos, sends the invoice, collects the payment, and pushes it into QuickBooks. Booking to bookkeeping, without stitching four tools together.
It is deliberately not an enterprise dispatch platform. There is no desktop dashboard, no payroll module, and no fleet telematics. Those exist because somebody needed them, but adding them here would make the app worse for the person it is actually for.

If a screen takes more than a few minutes to understand, it gets redesigned. Nobody is going to read a manual between jobs.

Trade Caddy launched on the App Store and Google Play in 2026. It is a young product with a real, growing set of operators running their businesses on it every day. You will not find invented customer counts or satisfaction percentages on this site, because we would rather you trust the numbers we do publish.
