Can I set up weekly and biweekly customers?
Yes. Set a customer to weekly, biweekly, monthly, or a similar frequency and the visits stay on your schedule automatically. You can reschedule a single visit or cancel the whole recurring series for a customer at once.
Does it handle more than one crew?
Yes. The schedule has a per-rep day view, so each crew member sees their own jobs, their own route, and their own distance for the day. Seats are capped by plan: 1 on Solo, 5 on Team, 10 on Business.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and invoices go out with a payment link. The money goes to you directly, with a small platform fee. You can also mark an invoice paid for cash or check.
What about the off season?
Recurring series can be cancelled and rebuilt, and your customer list, job history, and photos stay put. Nothing is deleted when the season slows down.
