How do I get started?
Create your account, add your customers and services, and put your first job on the schedule. Most operators are running the same day.
Which plan should I be on?
There is nothing to upgrade to. Add or remove people from your crew whenever you like and the change shows up on your next invoice.
Why is there only one plan?
Because splitting the product into tiers means deciding which customers get a worse version of it, and the answer is usually the smallest ones. A solo operator needs invoicing and route planning as much as a ten-truck outfit does. So everyone gets all of it, and the price follows headcount instead of features.
How is my subscription billed?
If you sign up on the web, your subscription is billed by card through Stripe. If you subscribe from inside the iOS or Android app instead, it is billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Separately, your own customers pay you by card through your connected Stripe account, and that money goes to you.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no onboarding charge.
Do I need a computer to use Trade Caddy?
No. Trade Caddy runs on your phone. Scheduling, routing, quoting, documenting the work, and getting paid all happen from the field. There is no desktop dashboard to keep up with.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
