Can I assign cleans to specific staff?
Yes. Jobs are assigned per team member, and each person sees only their own day, route, and progress. Roles are owner or admin, manager, and employee.
Do customers get reminders?
You can send on-my-way texts and appointment reminders. SMS is enabled per customer and a customer with no phone number simply will not receive them.
Can I use checklists?
Job detail includes services, notes, and checklists, so the standard for a given clean travels with the job instead of living in someone head.
Does it work without a computer?
Yes, and that is the point. There is no desktop dashboard. Scheduling, assigning, invoicing, and payment all happen on the phone.
